We all find ourselves in a slump sometimes with lack of inspiration and/or stresses that sap our creativity and motivation. I have found myself in that position over the last week. Sometimes these aren’t easy to get over quickly. So, if you find yourself in a slump with little interest in doing your usual creative or productive activities, try not to add to your stress by worrying about it. Instead of being frustrated, look at others work and read articles related to your interests. In no time you will find yourself re-inspired and will soon be back to your creative self.

While some individuals may have particular abilities that others don’t, we are all born artists. Everyone has an inner creativity waiting to be revealed.  And each of us has a need to express the unique individual we really are.

Don’t be afraid to find out who you really are and what your particular creative talent is. When you find that, you don’t need to receive the validation of others but are open to your own expression of who you are, you will have that feeling that you are at one with the world around you. That ’state of ‘oneness’  is an exciting place to be, a place where you feel more connected to who you are than with anything else you do.

Get in touch with your feelings and find your true artistic self.
